Why no shelf prices?
Because a single-location clinic and a national manufacturer are not the same job, and a number on a page would be wrong for one of them. What we publish is the shape: free first look, fixed-price audit, monthly retainer, per-project builds, and you own everything. The quote comes after the first look, in writing, with what is in and what is out.
What does the free first look cost, really?
Nothing. No card, no call required, no list. It is the live half of our rubric plus the three fixes we would do first. We do it because most people who see their scorecard want the rest, and the ones who do not still leave with something useful.
Can I do the audit without the retainer?
Yes. Plenty of clients take the audit and the ranked list to their own team or another agency. The report is yours.
Is there a contract?
Month to month after the audit. Builds are fixed-price per project. You can leave any time and take the content, the site, the accounts and the data with you.
What if the audit says we do not need much?
Then we say so and quote a small fix list, or nothing. The audit is worth more to us as a true reading than as a sales tool.
